The Beach facing the Faraglioni
There aren't many beaches on Capri that are easy to reach, have a view of the Faraglioni, are sheltered from the wind, and offer two pools, a bar, restaurant, and cabanas.
In fact, La Canzone del Mare is probably the only one!
Our is the largest beach club on Capri, offering all the space you need to relax.
The Beach Club
La Canzone del Mare beach club has a series of terraces, some sunny and some shaded, where you can choose to set up your sun bed. Guests who want to relax in comfort and privacy can choose a cabana with private terrace, bathroom, air conditioning, and bed...an intimate suite on the beach!

Beach club: 9:30am - 6pm
Our reservation office is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
The beach club may close early when private events are scheduled.

Our Swimming Pools
La Canzone del Mare has two outdoor salt-water pools.
The main pool has been the setting for a number of movies and documentaries about La Dolce Vita on Capri, and is shaped like the island itself. There is a large sun deck around the pool perimeter, and this area is closed to children each day from 1 to 4pm.
The second, smaller pool is set in a quieter area, and can be used by children all day. In the late afternoon, massage jets are turned on so guests can relax after a day at the beach.
The Beach
There are a limited number of beaches on Capri, and they are all slowly shrinking due to erosion. La Canzone del Mare is fortunate to still have a small white-pebble beach, open for guests who want to relax right on the water's edge or enter the sea from the beach. This stretch of land doesn't have sun beds or deck chairs, so the space is kept open for swimmers entering and exiting the water.
Sun Decks and Terraces
La Canzone del Mare is unique for its numerous terraces used as sun decks, and the ample space allows for guests to choose the perfect spot between sun and shade. There are steps and ladders from each terrace to get in and out of the water.
The Private Jetty
If you are arriving on Capri with your own boat or yacht and want to reach La Canzone del Mare directly from the water, you can use the private jetty available for guests. We also have a tender service for yachts anchored offshore.
Cabanas
The beach club has convenient cabanas, set up as intimate suites.
The interiors have their original 1950s wood veneer and boast amenities like air conditioning, telephone, internet, and private bathroom. They are located in a number of spots inside the beach club, and make for the perfect retreat to rest in privacy.
Showers and Changing Facilities
All guests can use the changing rooms with lockers, hair dryers, and indoor and outdoor hot-water showers, where the use of soap and shampoo is permitted. After your day on the beach, you can get dressed up and ready to have a cocktail in the Piazzetta!
